Group of Companies ISR, one of the largest groups in the private sector of Azerbaijan, continues investments in the tourism sector.
ISR reports that owning three hotels in Baku the Group has acquired 2 other ones in Turkey.
One of the bought hotels is located in the town of Bodrum – Bodrum Princess Deluxe Resort and SPA. Under the agreements reached with Hilton International, since 2011 this hotel will operate under the name Hilton Bodrum Turkbuku Hotel. The hotel, located in one of the most picturesque sites of Turkey, Turkbuku has 432 Standart, 46 Junior, 6 Dublex, 2 King rooms, 11 villas and VIP villas. The hotel offers all the necessary conditions for recreation and entertainment. So, the hotel with 3 large, 22 medium and small swimming pools, 5 restaurants, 13 bars, 9 conference rooms, massage rooms and saunas, is one of the largest tourist complexes in the region. The hotel area is the total area of 70 hectares covered with groves, charms by unique natural scenery. The hotel is located 45 km from the airport and 22 km from Bodrum city center.
Another hotel in Turkey was acquired by ISR jointly with Group of Companies Palmal?. This Istanbul-based hotel, Istanbul Edition Hotel is Turkey?s first 7-star hotel. Hotel?s design was created by renowned designer Ian Schrager. The hotel has world-known restaurant Cipriano, Millioner Club, Roze bar, S-bar and the biggest luxury SPA-Center in Istanbul. At the top last floor of the hotel is Prezident suit with a total area of 450 sq m. Along with this, the hotel has a grand banquet hall for important events. Situated right in the downtown Istanbul Edition Hotel is one of the eight Edition hotels in the world.
ISR vice president Zafer Tangil said on the occasion of investments in the tourism sector of Turkey:

Appearance of ISR in the Turkish tourism sector through the acquisition of two hotels proves once again that the economy and companies of Azerbaijan are on the path of rapid development.”
The hotels bought in Turkey will be run by Turizm Isletmeleri ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi established by ISR in Turkey this July.
